Lattice XP2 programming tool

Hello,

I'm desperatly trying to program a XP2 FPGA thgrough the Brevia eval board (using the usb cable), but I'm totally stuck with the programming tool.
Everything is detected except that when programming is started, everything hangs and does nothing except displaying a "Programming XCF" window (see the attachment).



I don't know what to do. It is exactly the same from Diamond or the separate tool.
Is anyone had this kind of situation ?
