How do you get the module outline/hierarchy on VSCode + VerilogHDL extension?

Hi all,

I've installed the Verilog-HDL extension in VSCode. And the syntax highlighting works, but for the life of me, I cannot get the outline and modules to show hierarchically. Am I missing something?
