Kemei FPGA?
« on: May 13, 2020, 09:24:09 am »
My new hair clippers arrived yesterday, May 12th. They were ordered April 9th on eBay so that was over a month and I needed the hair cut when I ordered them.

So, you say,  :wtf: does this have to do with FPGAs?

Well, it's clear from the pictures on eBay that these hair clippers have an FPGA in them (see picture), I wonder what sort it is?

[EDIT] I am joking guys, I don't really think that this monster chip is inside my hair clippers but the picture was genuinely taken from the eBay post for the clippers I bought.

I got a similar setup on the 8th of May and went to work with the #3 comb (about 3/8").  The 10mm comb should be about the same.  It came out pretty well, all things considered.

All of which has nothing to do with FPGAs but that is a cool picture.
