Correct. Believe they mentioned this month or next for the ETA. You can chat them during their normal business hours (middle of the night for us )

Received my two Tang Primer 20K boards...and could upload the HDMI example from their github onto it....

But on Linux you have to use openFPGAloader as the Gowin programmer fails on finding the FTDI cable.

sudo openFPGAloader -b tangprimer20k -d dk_video.fs

To make sure it did program successfully I changed the example (o;
