No pulse in CLK test points
« on: November 18, 2023, 11:21:04 am »
I have a downhole tool. This tool supports a DSP board and an auxiliary DSP board. The operation of the tool is normal without any problems. Even as long as the tool inside the oven reaches 90 degrees, its performance is not a problem. But when the tool is turned off by the user, it will not turn on again until it cools down. In one of the DSP boards at the test point (TMS320F2812), clkin can be seen on the scope, and at the same time there is no clkout, and it is the opposite in the other board. Although this board is functioning properly before shutting down, does this have anything to do with the overheating problem?
