#Rant: Intel can't even host files correctly.
« on: November 22, 2021, 11:33:14 am »
Normal work day as always, just wanted to download EPM570 pinout file and mind my business, but oh no, sorry, you do not have authorized access to the EPM570 pinout file, fuck you!

Not even mentioning, you need to have a registered account to download any file. Screw you again!

Tried couple files around it in the pinout section, almost every third I get Err500, no response or similar.

Yes, first class support for Altera.
Rant end.

//So, can anyone download it, or is it just me (our coporate network problem)?

Their search function is also useless. It's a lot easier to search from Google for documents on their website.

What are your language / location settings on the Intel.com website? I get lots of 500/404 errors when using another language and location than United States (English).

We at least know where all the QA testers are located :D

Very good hint! I will try.  But it seems to be switched to US/English already. But I am accessing through a Austria(?Germany?) corporate network.

Thanks for the file Daixiwen!

Intel sucks at everything they do. They have the kiss of death with no vision. Chased their flawed thunderbolt designs for many years. They would rather support their buddies in the back alleys of Taipei than bricks and mortar companies with million++ shipped products. Avoid!!!
