Searching for Launch Diagun firmware from EPM240 Chip.

Hello, i need firmware from Launch Diagun 2 obd unit, chip model is  EPM240T100C5N (Altera CPLD) maybe some of you have it. Dump is possible to make via parralel port prograammer, or altera usb blaster. Software for dumping Altera Quartus.
My chip has short on gnd and VCCINT pins, so i cannot make a dump from old bad chip. Some of these Launch  Diaguns have security bit enabled on these CPLD , then its not possible to make dump, but i know its not in all models, chinese clones does not have it.

There is nearby pins for dumping (T1-T4)
