Anyone got a Quartus 14.0 (or perhaps slightly older version) installer they could share, preferably for windows?
Version 14.1 and up have some free IP removed (e.g. altmemphy).
Version slightly older than 14.0 would probably be OK too.
Intel only provides 17.0 and up.

Thanks but no luck.
I see the link for "Intel® Quartus® II Web Edition Design Software Version 14.0 for Windows" on the second page there but clicking it just takes me to the "Product Discontinuation Notice".

Could offer 14.00, although Linux only.
Perhaps PM me, then I can set up SSH or something, so you can pull it from my computer directly.....
13.00 Lin64 and some 8.0/9.0 Win32 are available as well.

If you are lucky and know the exact version of 14, you may try a direct download (use fetch, or wget, or paste the URL in the browser address bar). The ones I've used were for Quartus 15, might have a similar form for Quartus 14.
