Have you seen the insane price on the Danish RS site, Bingo?
DKK 3555.05 = ~€477 or about eight times the price on the bay.

I normally avoid RS & Farnell , if i have to get from a distri i always check out ELFA first.
But mostly i use 'bay , and for "other" components CSD in Germany - http://www.csd-electronics.de/ (http://www.csd-electronics.de/)
Just make sure to contact CSD if you need it in a hurry , sometimes there can be several weeks in deliverytime (non stock)
But that RS price is "insane" , and prob. even wo. VAT.

But of course, it's without VAT ::)
They kindly don't charge you for shipping, however, so for DKK 4443.81 it's all yours.
The one on ebay has a €10 shipping cost to DK, by the way, pushing the price all the way up to a modest DKK 520 to the door.
It is a bargain.

@tepe
Did you buy #10 ?
I got #9
Ohh btw: Seller's other devel kits are rather pricey , so it's strange that these are so cheap (They're listed as new & unopened).
He even has a STM8S-Discovery listed as a STM85-Discovery for 14.xx € , it costs 7.xx € @ Watterott (New)

I bought one too (#11?), Thanks for the tip Bingo! :-+
Strangely I only see € 20 shipping, also when I set it to Denmark...

Use the afterbuy link in the mail , it'll automaticly adjust shipping.
I'd guess NL is even cheaper than DK.
If you read further on the 'bay page , he gives examples of shipping (DK 16 € - 12KG ) , and EU 20 €
I guess he's telling the "EU" shipping and relies on the "Kaufabwiklung" to adjust to the correct price.

Probably. It said he had sold 9 when I did it.

Maybe they fell off a lorry?

500k gates. meh. :P But assuming ~ 65 EUR shipped it's a nice price for this board if it's really new.

For now i'd be happy just to get a XC9536 or XC9572 do a blinky :phew:
So this board is like , when i was running DOS 2.11 with a Segate ST-225 25MB HDD ... I can't imagine me filling it up ever ....
Well that changed ....
But i expect , it'll take a while before i grow out of this kit.

Just saw this post

Seems like the new ISE 14.x might have troubles with the usb-programmer on the older boards , (needs a cpld firmware upgrade)

ISTR reading around the time Xilinx stopped hiding the programmer part of the schematics on their devboards that Impact would automatically program a blank CPLD.
