Vivado compatible FMC (HPC LA HA HB) w/ SFP+

Anyone having a suggestion for a dev board ?

Need:
1 fully populated FMC HPC with HA and HB
1 SFP+ 10G
1 JTAG usb

Ideally Vivado Generation, I'd consider other FPGA brands too.

Nice to have for config:
-Gigabit ethernet
-USB or USB  to serial

I will try to use the open source Ethernet core
I'd like to keep the pricing under the 1500$US if possible..
I am IO BW hungry, won't need much space.

I looked at the fpga developer site and found maybe 1 or 2 viable option, genesys2, Alinx, some really expensive stuff too...

Any suggestions ?
