Top Level Module IceCube2

Hi,
can someone please explain to me how to tell Icecube2 what module to use as top?
 
I have been scratching my head here and that bloody thing keeps picking wrong module as top level module.

thanks but isn't this for Simulation only? I am having issue during Synthesis.
