Xilinx SDSoC development environment - is it free or how much does it cost?

Are there extensions available for Digilent Zybo board, Avnet Zedboard, MYIR Z-turn board?

The Vivado 2015 Webpack edition is free and doesn't differ from the Design Edition that I can tell, except it only supports a very small set of devices.  So, yeah, if you're using the supported devices it's free.  Some evaluation kits comes with a device-specific DE voucher, but this is worthless than I can tell if it's one of the Webpack-supported devices.  Not sure if the DE contains bundled IP missing in the Webpack, that's a possibility.

They really don't make it easy to determine what the difference is.

(BTW, they just recently made Webpack a lot more useful, it used to be the high level synthesis tools weren't included, but now that they are frankly I'm not sure there's a good reason to even redeem a device-locked Design Edition voucher.)
