(SOLVED) What design program to open .sch and .pcb files?

Hi all,
I am hoping someone can help me identify what program was used to create a schematic and pcb file.
The Github repository of the project I am trying to open is here
https://github.com/BG4TGO/MMDVM
Unfortunatly very little information provided, and the only two important files look to be the .pcb and .sch files.
So far I have been unsucessful opening them trying Kicad, Designspark, and Eagle.
Any help would be muchly appreciated as I am wanting to get some PCB's made of this.
Thanks in advance

You sir are a saint.
I have been banging my head against the wall all afternoon with this.
Downloaded the PADS viewer and they opened straight up.
Now to work out how to export the files to Kicad or Eagle.
That is the next problem, but the important thing for now is I can view them.
Thanks again

PADS, Eagle, Protel, etc.
Try opening the file in a text editor, see if there's a text header to identify it?
