Audio spectrum analyser software for Windows??

I am looking at audioTester at : https://www.audiotester.de/ but I am open to suggestions of Windows 7 compatible audio SA software for amateur radio testing use, any suggestions please? Thank you!

Seems like the Frequency Measure Test guys use SpectrumLab.

Wolfgang's software is awesome but just *SO* complex I fear it overkill for me, but I have tried to master parts of it in the past! Something simpler I think for me at my level :) Thanks.
