Finally, a HDMI to USB-C adapter
« on: September 03, 2019, 06:27:50 am »
I've asked this question here a few times on how to adapt HDMI to USB-C (not the commonly available adapters for doing this another way around).

Now, I've found the solution.

C-Force has an IO hub that's designed for their USB-C monitors. CF120 is the part number. t's supposed to adapt HDMI to USB-C using alt mode and also handle USBPD splitting.

If anyone needs it, give it a try.

What we need is a cable and data standard set that isn't in the hands of a load of incompetent monkeys that can't even do something as basic as getting shit marked, labeled, and named right so it doesn't confuse the shit out of people.
I forget who I am sometimes, but then I remember that it's probably not worth remembering.
