Who where have a Software who can make Flow Simulation with a 3D File?

I have an Mini Pc with 2x 50mm Fans who are crap and loud. 
I dont want to replace them with the same so I would like to print an Fan Adapter for a bigger one.
Sure the get Mount on the Outside and should blow a lot of Air into the Case where a dedicated Graphic Card is wo get (to) warm and tosty when I play some good old Games. Now I must restart the Pc and set the Fan speed to "insane loud" to get the Airflow the need.
I need a 4 Pin one:

How about the static Pressure can the handle a reduction to ~40cm?
I would like buy an Air Filter to collect the Dust in the Room since the would get into the Pc...
That mean the Fan must handle that to. Maybe someone have an Flow Simulation Software and would like put my upcomming 3D Model to the test and see if there is something to optimise.
