How to stress CPU in IOS in the background?

Is it possible without jail breaking?
I want to use all cores at 100%.

No. iOS is deliberately very aggressive about limiting background tasks. Why would you want to anyway??

If you want to stress test the CPU, you need to do it with a foreground task.
