How to use HMRFPO command?

Long story short: I want to disable Intel ME, and I already made a modified ROM bin file using "me cleaner".
But ME region is write protected. I found it's possible to disable the lock by "HMRFPO", but I have no idea how to use it, even after days of searching. Can anyone help me?
System have Coreboot as UEFI, ME version is 10.x.
