Identify the zener diode and resistor power supply PowerMan IW-P430J2-0

The circuit is similar, but the block is 350. Mine is 430. The resistor R37 burned out and D14 is broken. They are located at the 5VSB output (or from the PWM positive power leg). I would like to find out what they are. Name PWM da216520452

Datasheet for the controller chip may show typical values!
