Lenovo T570 TB and USBC dead

I have a Lenovo T570 with the infamous dead Thunderbolt and USB C. I have a replacement SPI Flash but I cannot find the TBT.bin for his model, the FW Update App. contains AssistTBT.bin, which is useless if the Bios does not have the TB Assist option.
Does anyone have this file, TBT.bin for This model T570?

Well, apparently this model is always in TB Bios Assist so flashing AssistTBT.bin and replacing the flash fixed it. At least partially because I don't have any TB device and the controler goes straight to sleep and cannot be seen in Device Manager. However, USB C and charging works well now so I have no reason to believe that TB doesn't.
