Which Windows x86 laptops should I choose without a fan and without gaps at the bottom of the case?

I chose Chuwi based on this site's recommendation, but suddenly the seller's page says it has a "turbo fan". At least there is a choice.
On the other hand, the Atom laptop finally completed the update (with an error) in 3 days, and it became possible to do something on it.
