PSU fallen toroid (contains enormous picture)

This is the second HP power supply that the toroid has fallen out of the PCB.
Since it is the second one, I knew to look ofr it and take a picture while still in the power supply.

Can't tell if it's concidence or smart engineeering:
PSU oveheats,  toroid solder joints melt, toroid falls off, no more heat !
It's also conveniently mounted upside down - - so gravity helps.

   If three 100  Ohm resistors are connected in parallel, and in series with a 200 Ohm resistor, how many resistors do you have?

The windings on that toroid look pretty badly black/charred.
