Would it help if you could somehow extract TEG power from a cpu at the cooling solution?

The goal of cooling is to minimize temperature difference between the hot and the cold side.
TEG requires maximizing temperature difference between the hot and the cold side.
Do you see the problem?

There was the idea to build datacenters in really cold places to not only save on cooling costs but also to run a heat engine to supply some of the power.
