Title: USB serial port plug/unplug notification utility for windows

Read about this on hack-a-day a while ago and have been using it. Works perfectly.

When you plug in a USB to serial adapter it tells you what COM port has been assigned to it. It can also launch an app for a specific port. I haven't tried that feature yet.

I have used those Moxi network ones but this is going to be very handy for USB serial ports.
