As per saving more by registering, unfortunately No.

You can save more on larger ticket items with larger margins however (i.e. in the thousands $$$), call and ask.

My faithful TDS210 died so it's time to get a new oscilloscope. I am thinking getting a Rigol DS1054Z. Is this is still the oscilloscope to get at that price range? Is it still bandwidth upgradeable?

The TDS did everything I needed, so just looking for a reasonable DSO for hobby use, mostly for microcontroller circuits.

I was just at the TEquiment site putting together my order and ran into some oddness that has me concerned to deal with them. The page for the DS1054z said free shipping over $99 (obviously true) and also free gift cert for movie and a dinner. In my cart (started check out but stopped before entering billing info) I had no free shipping (<$10, not too big a deal) and the gift cert was in my cart for $55, and could not be removed from the cart. Looks like I MUST buy the "free" gift cert for $55

This just makes me wonder if this is a company I should do business with, because it appears kinda shady. Can anyone shed some light?
