As per Black Friday, I'm not sure what they'll do if anything (I'm just a customer).

P.S. Most of the stuff that's on special with the deepest discounts are usually clearance items from what I've noticed (look for clearance

). They even have a dedicated link at the top of the main page. Great stuff comes up from time to time, so keep an eye out.

Well color me surprised, just got a newsletter from Tequipment for a Black Friday site wide discount with the code save7. Though you can't use more than one code on checkout so it's either or. The Black Friday code beats the EEVBlog code by one percent, 6% versus 7% so you may do better with the Black Friday code. However some brands are excluded including Fluke and Hakko products. If there's excluded items in your cart then the EEVBlog code might do better.

I bought the Hakko FR-300 and the FA-400
Both were discounted with the black Friday code

Please go back and read the first post in this thread.

That said, please understand that TEquipment is located in the US, so this method wouldn't be cost effective (~351EUR before shipping <includes discount>). Given your location, you're best bet would be to buy from Batterfly (327.95EUR w/ free shipping in the EU

) as they're located in Italy, and last I checked, less expensive than Batronix.

Regarding discount codes from TEquipment, only one discount can be applied. There have been instances where the webstore screwed up and it's happened (and they honored it), but it's not their policy to allow it as a general rule.

Do you think I could trouble you guys for the EEVBlog discount code for Tequipment.net, I need to grab more test cables and a few other bits and such for my new signal generator and oscilloscope that was encouraged and thought aloud here on the forums. Good discussion we had there, nice and friendly people also! Would like to save a few dollars if I can. Every penny helps when you're learning!
