The time has come that I need an oscilloscope, and I don't think I can pass up TEquipment's DS1054Z deal right now. It would be awesome if I could get a code to get that, and possibly some other tools.

I wondered if I might fall into the 'low post' category, even though I registered many years ago. I'm not much of a forums person, so I haven't really contributed (plus still very low-level hobbyist). Maybe I'll post about some projects I got going on. I know I'm going to end up needed help

You're getting there, but not quite yet.

One thing you could try is to search for threads you're interested in and post. Questions are also valid, and can get you to interact with additional posts as you receive answers/suggestions.
