I can't believe I got mine the same day as several others in the US.  My mail carrier is usually a day late.  Mine were also shipped from New Zealand.

These made it to Georgia OK.  (That's the state of Georgia, in the US, not the former Soviet Republic)

The famous staircase, with my collection of EEVBLOG rulers.  (Official excavatoree-cat approved)

Mine arrived in Cincinnati Ohio today.  The postage sticker said it came from Direct Link in New Zealand.

Great rulers and the entertainment value of your travails was worth more than the price of admission.

Nothing in Texas yet. I checked at a little before 3:00PM but I suppose the mail carrier could be late I had no other mail either.
But that's normal also, I sometimes go a few days with nothing, so in most cases I check once every week or every other week.

So it nearly the same amount of time for the rulers to arrive to NZ directly as it did for them to be routed and come to the US through NZ.

Arrived safely in Connecticut, USA via New Zealand.

Don't know if anyone mentioned that Lady Ada has jumped on the PCB Ruler bandwagon.

oz - µm -> How much (in oz weight) copper is used on a size ?? PCB with a cladding of µm thikness.. (How big is the reference Board for this ? 1meter x 1 meter ? )

Ounces per square foot, as already mentioned - it's the other common way to express the cladding thickness.

Quote
SMD footprints -> OK, size diagram including 4 examples. including new and (old) SMD size codes. What does the POW column mean ?

Guessing at this one, but typical power ratings in watts for those footprints?

Quote
Max A SMOBC @ 0.5 oz -> WTF ? I have no idea what this is about ?
Max A SMOBC @ 1.0 oz -> WTF ? I have no idea what this is about ?

Current-carrying capacity of traces in 0.5 / 1 oz thick copper - the figures are trace width in mils, amps per ten/five/one degree rise above ambient temperature, and (I think) milliohms per inch of trace length.  SMOBC = Solder Mask Over Bare Copper.

Quote
SQ PIN to DIA mm -> Again, I have no idea what this is about ? Inner surface area of a via maybe ?

Conversion between the size of a square pin and its bounding circle (-> the size of a hole to accommodate it).

Quote
EIA SMD TANTALUM -> Nope, does not ring a bell…

Standard case sizes of SMD tantalum caps.

Don't know if anyone mentioned that Lady Ada has jumped on the PCB Ruler bandwagon.

I also got both. They make a good couple, don't they?

I received my Adafruit rulers for almost 2 weeks.  Highly recommended.  My uRuler yet to arrive.  High chance they may be lost, I am in Singapore.
