calibrator reboots
« on: May 17, 2024, 08:01:51 pm »
my company has a Fluke 5500A connected to a Windows 10 machine with a USB GPIB-HS adapter. We are running Fluke Met/Track 8.3.2. When I try to run ANY procedure, the calibrator will REBOOT and the runtime will error out. In NIMax, I can SEE and QUERY the calibrator with no problem. When I run NI I/O trace and watch the procedure load, all the I/O trace shows is NOADDR.
I reject your reality and insert my own hyper-dimensional space. Made with real artificial ingredients.

Maybe try a different version of met/cal first?
There is a free 30-day trial version of met/cal 11.0 available. It will not run PROC procedures from 8.0, but PXE will be fine.
