Hantek DSO2D15

Hi all,
I just bought DSO2D15 and update firmware to dso3kb_20220124.upk.
Everything is OK ( so far ) just AWG generator has error, when I try to upload the new wave with Wave Editor, even if try to load the wave file with USB, then I get a message "Download Error". On Keysight Connection Expert I see successful connection to USB 0.
What I miss ?
