I ordered an BM786 from Daves store two days ago, but i am still not getting any confirmatin on mail or tracking information. I can`t see its possible to log in to an account either on the main site for order checking.

How can i check status for my order?

Did you get an order confirmation email?
Maybe its not shipped yet.
Profile -> Modify profile -> Look and Layout ->  Don't show users' signatures

I sent dave another mail today.

If i do not get any answer, i just call my credit card provider and stops the payment and buy another meter.

You are too harsh. It's been only two days, I would not sweat over it. Two weeks and I would be worried, not two days.

Too harsh?
1. No confirmation mail. Very unususal.
2. no answer from dave in his own forum.
3. no answer on my first mail and so lomg no answer on my second mail.

I just I expect more from one of worlds biggest and most serious electronic guy. At least som automatic confirmation email after purchase.

I'm not worry regards to the money. It's just strange that it take so long.

I agree.  You should get a confirmation of the order immediately.  Shipping can sometimes take a day or two, even slower for some lame operations.

You might check your credit card.  It's possible your order simply was not finalized on the web site.  That has happened to me before, where there was a glitch and I had no order.  My credit cards will show all pending charges.  If they've placed a charge on the card, that means they have at least received your order.

I got my answer now.

The meter is on the way and i get it delivered 27. dec. :)

But it's strange that i get no confirmation mail and it's strange that i do not have an account to log in to on eevblog for checking my order.

That is my last gasp means of getting a refund.  I've had to use it many, many times.  There are any number of frauds on eBay and especially Alibaba and Aliexpress.  The rules of getting a refund through the web site are arcane and hard to find.  When they don't let me have a timely refund, I call the credit card company.  But you only have 60 days from the date of the statement the charge appears on.  That's why many of the fraud vendors will delay shipment so long.
