mesure speed

hi everyone, am working on a project and I want to measure the speed motor pin, so I should count the number of the pulse on a period, so I make a test project and I send the data to us but I still have 0x00 value any suggest please

The probably belongs in the Beginner Forum...

How about posting your circuit?  In fact, the entire project...  How are you counting the pulses?  Are you using a uC or a frequency counter?

What troubleshooting/debugging steps have you taken so far?
Have you verified the sensors output? And the input of your counter? And any steps in between?
If using a microcontroller add a debugging routine to indicate if the sensor's output is received.
