Where would i get the firmware for this android netbook

i have the same netbook as in that listing

its stuck at the boot logo i heard this can be a problem sometimes with these netbooks and you need to reinstall the android firmware to it by copying the firmware files to an sd card and inserting it into the netbook and then powering it on it will boot off the sd card and install android

but i can seem to find the firmware doing a google search :(

here is what happens when i  boot the laptop


that is all i get and it never boots did some google searching yesterday for like 5hrs and came across a site it was not in English but i used google to translate it and a guy with the same netbook was able to install the firmwear for a table pc that uses the same cpu screen rez ect and it worked fine for him but i followed the instruction putting the folder on the root of the sd card and it should boot off the sd card when netbook is turned on and start installing android but even when i do that i just get what is shown in the video
