Controlling track width
« on: October 17, 2017, 07:08:20 am »
I am trying to run a track between an 0805 resistor and a 2mm wide track. My settings are that minimum track width is 0.15mm, preferred is 0.3 and it can go up to 2mm. I don't know if it is because there is already a 2mm wide track on this net but it insists on starting the track on the 085 resistor with a 2mm track, this then can't be routed because it's too wide and 0.3mm is perfectly adequate. Any way around this ? I suspect i can start the track, change it's width and then pick it up again but really ? buggy software or what?
