Incredibly efficient solar panels

This article suggests developments in solar PV that defy the laws of thermodynamics. I'm honestly unhappy seeing such articles, because they discourage people from investing in solar (why would you invest in solar if you are convinced much better technology is coming).

I'd disagree.
I think, normies will read it and think gold is expensive thus this too will be.
