Recommendations for Hobbyist PCBs in Mexico?

Does anyone have recommendations for a hobbyist-friendly PCB fabrication (bare boards only, I think) located in Mexico?  Something like PCBWay or OSHPark that would be immune to customs issues (shipping to a customer in Mexico...)
I thought I'd seen someone mention such ("Cheaper than the US, Closer than China"), but can't find anything.

Some time ago I was bored and tried some search engines that only search within country limits.
I found about 10 very small shops for PCB manufacturing here in the Netherlands, and some seemed to be no more then some hobbyist with an out of hand hobby to etch and sell boards made in his attic or basement (or inbetween).

Such small sites have very low "search engine ratings" and are therefore hard to find.
Most of those sites also seemed to have stopped in the last 15 years or so. It's almost impossible to compete with Chinese PCB's, and the low search engine ratings makes the sites hard to find. Those combined is enough to take the fun out of it.
