Short answer is no. The IRAMS10 is a complete "power brick" with gate drivers, switches , protection circuitry etc while the IR2109 is simply a half bridge driver meant to control a pair of external switches.
You'd need 3 IR2109 with surrounding support components, 6 MOSFETs or IGBTs and careful attention to PCB layout in order to replace the IRAMS module.
Digikey still have a couple of the 6A version of that module in case you want to try that. Otherwise I'm sure there other similar modules available, just go to Digikey and look in the Power Drive Modules category.
