STM32CubeIDE a beginner's guide?

Hello,
Do you know any source of tutorials aimed at people that are familiar with Arduino that want to start using STM32 programming with STM32CubeIDE?
For example, I have some Nucleo boards and managed making basic IO and serial stuff, but I'd like to know how to use the IDE's debugger to check on the variables (I managed to use STMCubeMonitor to do that, but not on the IDE).
I personally prefer guides with text and pictures, rather than videos.

I don't use Cube/CubeMX/CubeIDE.
