µCurrent Switches, are they really make before break?

I was wondering if the switches in the current BOM of the µC really are "make before break". The datasheet does not specify any information.

Another thing which seems to have changed is that the LED is always on? Can someone confirm, doesn't that drain the battery quite quick?
