MSOX3054 bootup problem

Hi guys,
My friend brought  MSOX3054 to me several days ago and he asked me for fix.
Symptoms: Oscilloscope get stuck on bootup - after cycling several LEDs
I found that this problem is probably caused by NAND FLASh memory.
i know that there are some ways to reprogram NAND memory on this forum but most of links to FW are dead ( 404 - not found )

Is there any simple way to reprogram memory?
