Old transistor replacement for Fronius Transarc 500 (Castolin Transmodul 500)

Can anyone help me find replacement for old ESM2893V transistor. It was used in Froniu Transarc 500 (Castolin Transmodul 500) welder. It look like this:


Maybe someone have service manual for this welder?

They where used in arc welders   =   NPN power darlington   28v at 93 amps

I think sgs thomson have equivalents ??

They were similar to ESM2030DV on another thread,  some one had 14 of them to sale in 2008 ?  or an esm 3045dv  as a substitute
