Since you posted this in the repair section, what is wrong with the two meters?  Maybe we can make suggestions even without schematics and/or documentation?

Hello; What I'm looking for is the diagrams of the 2 multimeters, because some components are erased and burned, so iliisible ..... Only the shema can help me .....

I know it is a long shot, but post clear focused pictures of the pcb (both sides)?  Some of Soar's multimeters were made by Yokogawa.  If we can see the insides, maybe we can see if there is a picture of a Yokogawa meter that might help identify the components?
