We don't have much of those in the US.  It looks like a laptop without an LCD.  One reason to get such a desktop box is system performance is better than a laptop, and at lower cost. 

If you don't mind, what's its passmark rating?

The top one is ~ 11,000.  I bought my desktop box for $300 because I passmarked it to 3200, so its bang for buck and a laptop rated this much costs over $1500.
