These are totally obsolete products and selling or give them  away is more cheap than recycling process. (ha...ha)

Perhaps surplus stocks will be cleared. Sometimes it is most cheap to pick-up goods to the landfill if no one will buy. But also this need some money.  Keeping stock is not cheap. Keeping surplus stock is just as burning money.

That item can't even be found on the website without a direct link, and when you try looking at all the seller's item there's nothing found. It's pretty obvious from the price it's not a real item for sale.

SIGLENT is the manufacturer and give very good service even if the Oscilloscope is branded with another name.
In my case I have one branded DIGITECH they have supplied me with *.ads firmware and *.cfg updates.
The *.cfg files are loaded into the SAVE/RECALL the updated .cfg file controled what was displayed on the screen plus band width, Rise times etc.
So as far as any firmware/software updates are needed you won't have any problems there.
