[?] no input signals on Hantek DSO-2150 USB scope

i killed my USB DSO, however, PC detecting it, but from the software the signal in input 1 and 2 is just random noise and all 3 U33, U34 and U12 looks a bit odd,,, is there a way to test it if thats the problem?

and what are the part number for those parts?
