4192A LF Impedance Bridge Repair / Diag ROM

Does anyone have the self-test diag rom images for the 4192A? If not, how many people have brought them back to life without the ROM, and how much of a headache was it? They appear to be extremely complex instruments.

The ICs are:
16343-85001 (U74)
16343-85002 (U85)
