ACTERNA JDSU HST 3000 USB problem

Hello everyone ,i m traying to update HST3000 ,but the usb port seems to have problem ,if i insert the usb storage formated fat32 in unit the unit does not recognized usb i try 3 different usb stick ,anybody know the device problem ? thanks
