Error correlation Rigol MSO5000
« on: December 18, 2019, 10:09:49 pm »
I bought recently a rigol MSO5074 and I hacked it for full licenses, but when I measurement the same signal from analog channel 1 of oscilloscope, and D0 channel from digital channel, the signals are different in time, the analog signal has a delay of 140ns. I attach an image of this. Could anybody help me with this?
Sorry for my english
Best regards
Zigor

Yes, discussed here: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/review-rigol-mso5000-tests-bugs-questions/ (22)

Nothing to resolve this. The command exists in SCPI protocol, but does not function.
You can report to Rigol, maybe they will raise the priority or let you know when it will be fixed.

Some oscilloscopes have channel and probe delay adjustments.
