I want a Dongle to measure the S21 and VSWR

Hello
I have a filter with SMA connectors at the input and output.
I want to see the response from 100KHz or 1MHz to above... (I mean s21 and vswr)
I have looked at many SDR dongles... there are many colorful dongles!  ^-^
is there a suitable device?
