DE5003-5004 goes down to 0.1pF(±2%+20) and 10nH(±3%+20)
DE5000 goes down to 0.01pF(±1.2%+5) and 1nH(±2.5%+5)
so the probes you use will make a big difference in the measurment accuracy !

Thanks, but I have tried to contact them both via their online contact form and via email, but they don't reply.
The only reply I got was an auto reply right after I filled out the online forum, which said "Dear...., We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible".
But since then I have heard nothing and it has been two weeks now. So I also tried to send them an email to deree@deree.com.tw, but they do not reply to that either, not even an auto reply.
Completely useless customer support.

Thanks, but this web shop raises a lot of red flags and seems like a scam website. I have never heard of them before and it's hard to find any info about them if your google their site name.
And the only contact info on their website is this questionable e-mail address sunny_service@trade7686.com with not relation whatsoever to the website name jredfox and the e-mail address in only inserted as an image which you can't click on to send an e-mail.
If you google ths e-mail adress all the first his are to websites talking about fraudlent websites. And these fraulent websites mentiond afe other "webshops" than jdredfox.
And there's no, phone number or physical address. The company address should always be included on legit web shops.
It doesn't even say in which country this company belong.
The tiny black and white VISA, PayPal, MasterCard and Maestro logos at the bottom also seems highly questionable.
For example they don't use the official VISA point of sale graphics required by VISA on POS sites: https://usa.visa.com/run-your-business/accept-visa-payments/posguidelines.html

Maybe the reason this is the only website with this product listed is because it's a scam website with no real products pf any kind in stock.
